Btw, I’ve already knew the gender of my baby.

I’d lime to keep it by myself right now. Only share it with closest family.

Some colleagues turn out to be very confused & wants to find it out sooner. Like it was their right to know it. Yeah rite.

Maybe soon, by the week 28 or later I’ll open it. Maybe sooner. Or later 🙂

Think.

I was born as the only child. A single one at home.

How to treat child(ren)? How being fair with one another? I dont want want to hurt my children’s feeling. I’m afraid doing mistake.

Running on First Trimester

Gue mau share pengalaman lari selama hamil ya. sebelumnya udah dishare di twitter, tapi biar bisa cerita lebih banyak, gue bagiin disini juga.

Ini berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi aja & akan gue rekap setiap beres 1 trimester.

 

1. Pastiin memang lari merupakan olahraga yang rutin dilakuin sebelum hamil. > 3 bulan hobi lari, sila lanjutin

Gue aktif & mulai lari sekitar Juli 2012. ada masa on off, bosen, manja de el el. Tapi selalu rindu balik on track. Jadi pas awal Jan 2013 tau hamil, gue mau tetep aktif lari.

2. Kehamilan bebas masalah. Bebas pendarahan & perut ngilu2

Penting ini. Survey kecil2an kondisi badan sendiri. Kita yang paling tau bagaimana fitnya badan kita.

3. Sharing sama suami, bilang mau tetep lari, yakinin suami kalo akan hati2, jaga pace & lari sante. Soalnya suami pasti kawatir 🙂

Pas selesai testpack & ngabarin suami. SMS gue berikutnya berbunyi:

“hon aku mau tetep lari, tolong jangan larang aku lari ya, aku janji akan lari pelan & lebih hati2”.

Pas dijawab “okey” rasanya seneng banget. SMSnya masih gua simpen hehehe..

4. Pas kontrol perdana ke OB, jelasin kalo sudah rutin lari sebelum hamil. Tanya apa boleh terus lari? Approval OB; penting sangat

Ini..ini gue deg2an nanyanya sama OB gue, kurleb pertanyaannya gini:

W: Prof, saya sebelum hamil rutin lari, kalo Prof tadi bilang kondisi saya OK, saya boleh lanjutin lari?

Prof: (nyengir) boleh..boleh..asal jangan kecepetan ya Bu

W: Siap Prof!

Oh penting juga, nanya di depan suami lansung hehehehe…

5. Ajak ngomong baby dedek di perut. Kasitau kalo ibunya suka lari & ajak pegangan yg kuat utk ikut lari bareng

Gue selalu ajak ngobrol baby dari dia masih di dalam perut. Mau dibilang bloon juga, tetep gue lakuin, gue percaya kita bisa belajar mulai berkomunikasi sama anak kita dari dalam kandungan. Jadi untuk hal ini, baby gue, gue kasitau kalo ibunya suka lari & bikin sehat.

Percaya ga percaya ya..pas USG pertama anak kedua ini, dia aktif & gerakannya seperti…orang lagi lari 🙂

6. Lakukan browsing ttg lari semasa hamil. Banyaknya emang artikel bule2 sono, soalnya org Indo rata2 takut hehehehe…

Iya nih, referensi & semangat gue datang dari artikel / blog orang asing semua. Semangat mereka perlu diacungin jempol

7. Ga perlu share di semua SocMed ttg kegiatan lari kita. Bakal banyak yg kawatir & ngelarang, bakal bikin drop semangat

Ahh…ini banget..dimengerti orang2 / terutama sodara pasti kawatir, takut keguguran, tunggu beres trimester 1 biar aman, nanti bayi keguncang2, bahaya dan banyak lagi. Pastiin sharenya hanya di SocMed yg ada komunitas pecinta olahraga lari juga, jd banyak yg support & memberikan perhatian tanpa menakut2i

8. Intuisi. Ikutin intuisi, kalo memang dirasa capek / berkunang2; STOP. Masih bisa power walk

Oh..dan selalu bawa minum!

9. Pace & distance udah bukan sesuatu yg dikejar lagi. Konsentrasi sekarang utk tetap aktif & lari semasa hamil = bikin bahagia

Gue lari max cuma 3.5K skr, itu mampunya max gue, dan keterbatasan waktu juga. Pace juga turun, awal2nya lari mah garela & ga terima, tapi belakangan bisa terima *pasrah* tepatnya hehehe..

10. Cari track aman. Kasitau suami / orang rumah dimana track lari kita. Jangan melenceng dari track yang dijanjiin. Bahaya!

Ini penting & jangan dianggap remeh, karena suami pasti udah cukup kawatir tau istrinya hamil & tetap lari (dianggap bukan hal yg wajar lah) jadi pastiin track kita aman, bebas kendaraan / jalan raya yg sibuk. Kalau punya ID lebih baik lagi dipake

Selfishness

Let me reveal some reason why am I being shocked & a bit denial when knowing i’m pregnant last Wed (3rd Jan).

– I recently bought 34D bra cup & leaving those 38D bra cup behind
– Since I can wear 34D cup again, means I came back to M size for clothes. Huu Yaa!
– I’m leaving 33″ jeans size to wear 28″
– I just bought 7cm heels peeptoe & leaving those silly black flat crocs behind.
– And i just bought, more than 4 fancy clothes that suit my size now!!!

And thinking I’ve to wear those 38D, XL, 33″, crocs again makes me dizzy.

I have 1 day to mourn, got mad & shock about all of it. Then I thought, a lot of friend still trying to get their first child for years & am denying?

But most of all, I dont want to grow a baby inside of me that full of rage. I want my baby to grow in happiness.

So, fancy schmancy clothes, see you 1 year from now!

Week 5

Me: ngantuk terus, tapi kalo diajakin lari rasanya pengen loncat lansung dr kasur

Kondisi: slight nausea, heuh gini rasanya mual2. Pilek ga brenti2 dari Natal 2012.

Perut: belum menggendut, masih gendut gelambir hahaha..

Olahraga: lumayan kemarin bisa lari 3K. Rasanya bahagia sekali.

Kay: jadi galak, sering pukul maminya 😦 gampang ngambek, minta nyanya terus & gendong terus. Sedih deh dipukulin terus..

Jakarta Marathon 2012

 

OMG! OMG! It’s like a dream come true!

Race was in front of me directly. Their twitter account even add me on first. I believe it’s a sign, that I have to join.

Then I sign up. I don’t want to think of anything else.

I think I’m drowning crazy. A super crazy mom. Wtf. I will run for fun. For the sake of the joy of running.

 

I don’t like target. But I will work hard for this.
